1. Exam Purchase:
Once an exam is successfully purchased, no refunds will be provided.
2. Technical Issues:
In the event of a technical issue preventing the successful purchase of an exam, a refund will be initiated.
3. Refund Process:
If your money has been debited but due to technical issues the exam is not successfully purchased, a refund will be transferred to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be provided in cases where the exam has been successfully purchased.
